1. Go to the PLATO website (https://plato.emcdda.europa.eu/index.php/en/)
2. Scroll the homepage until you reach the section where you’ll find "Register for an account".
3. Click on it and this page will open: https://plato.emcdda.europa.eu/index.php/en/community/registration
4. Select the profile type Drug Prevention Professional
5. Complete the fields with the required information, so write your first name (e.g. Mary) in the ‘First Name’ case and your surname (e.g. Smith) in the ‘Last Name’
6. Choose a very simple username (e.g. msmith) all in lowercase and without spaces.
7. Write the e-mail address you use the most.
8. The other fields are optional, but you can fill them in if you want.
9. Remember to click on the ‘Submit’ button at the end of the page.
10. Wait for the tutor to approve your submission and enable you on the platform. Once you have been approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

N.B. The tutor will enable your access to the platform only if you have passed the EUPC basic training and are therefore in one of the lists provided by EMCDDA.
